VAXO provides cloud infrastructure services including but not limited to virtual private servers,
cloud computing resources, storage, networking, and related technical support services. We reserve
the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time with or without notice.

You agree not to use our Services to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Transmit, store, or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
- Engage in activities that compromise the security, availability, or integrity of our Services
- Interfere with or disrupt other users' access to the Services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Services or systems

based on our Services without our express written permission.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination:
- Your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease
- We may delete your account and all associated data after a reasonable retention period
- All outstanding fees will become immediately due and payable
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VAXO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY,
OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting
the updated Terms on our website or by sending you an email notification. Your continued use of the Services
after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
